hi all,i am a carer and go into the peoples homes to care for them which involves personel care, meal preps, housework and shopping.I adore my job but in my opinion the patients are not getting the proper care they are paying for.For example we have that many patients getting crambed in so we are having to rush them and they are not getting the proper time and care. Its all down to money that the goverment have got themselfs into a rut,but the victims are the poor people paying for their care needs but not getting it x
