i am so sorry to hear that, you and me both,
give yourself some time to get over teh shock - i'm not saying give up - but if you were anything like me i was just numb after, its a hard blow,
this is just another thing tgghat doesn't help us stress wise to keep health and well.
take a rest, pamper yourself abit, cry a bit, spend a few days eating choc and in bed/settee if you have to and just think about you for a change,
then pick yourself up and join life's merry go round again when you feel able to - but give yourself time to heal and recover from the shock.
