hi there
i find it embarrassing aswell
i sweat for no apparent reason at all times of the day. i wake up sweating, clammy and grumpy..
i always had sweats with my periods but now it's all the time!
my doc and gynae lady say i've got another 10-15 years of it as i'm too young to be going through
the menopause yet.. :yikes:
the stress of having my esa stopped (apparently i've had my 365 days worth) dosen't help either,,,,
thanks uk... sorry for the grizzle.
take care ok.

I don't know you age but you can never be too young. I started pre menopause in my 30's and was all done periods at 40. My friend has a sister that went through it in her 20's,never had the opportunity to marry and have kids. Have you had your thyroid levels checked?
