A 'backfriend':

I know it doesn't look like much, but it is FANTASTIC, so much better than lumbar cushions which move around and which sometimes cause more problems by making you 'brace' against it.

The backfriend is very portable too so you can take it with you wherever you go - you can use it with any chair - car seat, public transport, computer chair, sofa... I have one that stays in my car and another one that I take with me if I am travelling.

I think they have a money back guarantee if you try it and don't like it. Definitely worth a try :)

I've had a backfriend for almost 20 years, and highly recommend one. They definitely are worth the money. Mine started to fray a bit at edges, but they sell fleecy covers for them which made it as good as new. I've also had to replace hinges a couple of times. Xxx
